In regards to your feedback around pay, we have annual pay reviews where we use market benchmarking software to ensure we pay competitively and at the industry standard as well as a review process in place that's based on individual and company performance. It is always useful to hear where we can do better so we will certainly take your feedback on board and aim to always improve.
