1. They train you and give you the knowledge necessary to work in the IT industry even if you begin with little knowledge. 2. Wide range of training courses to take during the work year which they pay for. 3. I am able to work from home almost always (1 day a month in office), this may vary depending on where they deploy you but they will fight for this benefit. Example: The company I am currently working for wants staff to be in office 2 days a week but QA was able to keep my current perk of 1 day a month. 4. They are able to get you much more competitive salaries in comparison to the actual employees of the company you are based at.
Cons
1. While you can get good qualifications at QA, they only offer up to level 4 SFIA. This is a hinderence for anyone that wants to stay at the company a long time and progress further up into more management roles.
QA Response

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experiences here at QA. It's great to hear how positive you feel about being part of the Team.
We value your opinion and encourage you to complete our regular engagement surveys – this is completely anonymous, and your feedback allows us to address any concerns and become a better place to work. Thank you!
The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.
Cons
Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
