Thank you for your feedback and comments on our managers and career progression options, this is something we have been working hard on and we are really proud of the outcome.
We continue to offer pay reviews and use our career framework to benchmark roles against the correct levels of pay, we also have an overtime policy in place to ensure in these situations our employees are treated fairly.
