Unpleasant - Assessor QA Employee Review

Hi there. I am really sorry to hear that a member of the team you came into contact with during your time with us came across unprofessionally. I am very keen to understand more so we can address this with the staff member directly. We want all of our staff to feel welcomed and at home at QA so if you didnt have this experience this we need to identify and fix where issues are arising. I am not sure how much this will reassure you now that you have left QA but our internal staff feedback surveys and external learner feedback consistently highlights our staff/people as being one of the best parts of our business so it is really important that where a QA staff member is negatively impacting our wider reputation that we identify and address it.
