      Pros

      I work with the apprentices at QA. Every day is different. The support that I have received from my line manager and team is second to none. Everybody gets along with each other and I feel that we provide quality support to our learners both in the classroom and in the workplace. Car allowance is very generous, good benefits. The induction process into the organisation was fantastic with training being provided and a full six month plan.

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is the way the NPI all seems based on the final question. Apart from that fantastic all round.

      The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

      Cons

      Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
