We are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with our people at QA. Regarding the points you mention, it is sometimes the case (as with many other consulting businesses) that a situation of being on the bench can occur. However, we always do encourage our employees to take up alternative work during this time, whether it be personal development training or otherwise. Regarding the benefits we have on offer, we have been focussing on extending this. However we have always had a cycle to work and subsidised Gym membership scheme, as well as a voluntary private medical care scheme which you have the option to 'opt into'.
