Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you are enjoying your time with us so far, but would like to offer some assistance with some of the comments you have made. We have recently made some improvements to the speed at which we communicate site locations to our consultants - providing you with more notice and ensuring you are supported throughout. In some cases, due to client demand, this can be a little shorter than we would like. We will avoid this as far as possible. We would always advise that you call the People Team helpline for any queries. This number is manned from 9 - 5:30 Mon to Fri and you will be able to speak to someone directly. Please provide feedback on your training to your line manager, so that we can explore how we can assist you in this. All training provided to you is of a high standard and widely recognised, so for any feedback that does not match expectations we would like to find out more to see how we can improve this.
