Pros
Good learning environment. Pays most expenses. Excellent training staff. They try to keep the trainees happy with a pool table and weekly social events
Cons
Training staff has been stretched too thin to effectively teach larger training groups Management is inconsistent with expectations and assignments. Between assignments pay is much lower and can be left limbo for months at a time. Up sells assignments that don't always have anything to do the training received.
