Pros
I started my QA journey as an apprentice nearly 4 years ago now, since then QA has nurtured me through my apprenticeship and now my CIPD qualification. They have been nothing but supportive in allowing me time off to attend college but also fully funding my qualification, this has enhanced my career prospects no end, which I can't thank them enough for. It's a great place to work for and very rewarding, providing your willing to put in the time and effort.
Cons
With QA growing so fast, procedures can often be a little broken and outdate which don't match the current size of the company, however I'd much rather work for a company which is almost outgrowing it's, than a company standing still.
