-Good pay IF you are fresh out of college and live with your parents -Will hire anyone with a pulse -Other techs are wonderful people and you will make friends here -You can learn basic lab skills with no previous experience, then find a better job -If this is your first job, working here is a great life lesson. YOUR HAPPINESS MATTERS. In life you will have employers (like Q2) that don’t appreciate you despite your greatest efforts. Don’t let that ruin your day. Don’t let that kill your motivation. YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE. Go out there and find a job you enjoy and an employer that treats you right. You are not at their mercy and they don’t own you. Your pay is earned. Your employer isn’t gifting you anything. Don’t ever let an employer tell you that “you should feel lucky to be in this position.”

-No real future for people seeking a career -Those who manage to move up get raw deal on their pay increase -Manager’s head is in the clouds, unaware what the everyday tech does -You are treated like an assembly line robot.
