-You might get less hours if you take off a day or your boss just decides to. -Many customers are looking for something to complain about and management will ALWAYS take the customer's side, even if you literally did nothing wrong. -A bad thing about the flexibility of hours is also that it's likely your number of hours will vary. -Management picks favorites. -Some managers have the biggest egos you have ever seen. -Most don't really actually care about their associates (they say they do, but they don't), they just care how much we all sell.
