      Pros

      Strong values, if you are high up in the company, you are well taken care of. Can be a fun atmosphere depending on managers.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to get promoted once you reach a certain pay rate. Time spent working there doesn't matter, you will lose hours once you are paid higher than minimum wage.
