      Pros

      I enjoy meeting new people and waiting on regular customers; I can easily anticipate what they need. The team I am working with is wonderful, especially our department manager and assistant manager.

      Cons

      Advancement is offered to qualified full-time associates who submit a Registration of Intent; if there are no full-time spots in the store where you work, you cannot apply for a management position.
