Pros
Flexible part-time hours They take pride in their customer service Offer insurance to part-time employees if you meet the yearly hour requirement You can move into management fairly easily
Cons
Extremely late nights. If you are scheduled to work 4:00-10 you are not done at 10. You then stay and block the store which can take until 11:30 or 12:00 midnite. Awful work hours even in management. They will hire you as a cashier and then start scheduling you several times a week as a bagger.
