      Pros

      Publix is probably the best retail environment I've been a part of in the past 20 years in retail. The culture is incredible and there wasn't one employee that had anything bad to say about the company.

      Cons

      You can only come on as a part-time employee, and you have to be there for a year to qualify for full-time.
