They used to pay well. Now they want to hire young, inexpensive persons or those that no other security company will hire.
Cons
- HR is a mess (unauthorized withdrawals from 401k and HSAs along) - They do not have state authorized security certificates to operate in several states - Multiple lawsuits currently in play - Descriminate against protected persons - If you are not part of the "club", then you will be harrassed and embarrassed. Talked to as if you are so far beneath the management team. - Management and executive teams are arrogant and unprofessional - Spain corporate is a JOKE. They drive US policies; not US. - They do not pay the employees correctly and/or on time - Management will use intimidation factors and unethical/unprofessional measures on employees; starts at top. DO NOT TRUST ANY MANAGER HERE!
