- C-level has no clear communication nor effort to say the truth. The goals and problems being faced were quite unclear for everyone in the company, and this led to many layoffs. - Good performance is not rewarded. - There is no empathy toward employees or people being fired without reason (no severance package). Colleagues and some managers showed empathy but no one in upper management gave apologies or clear answers nor it was well conducted.
