      There are a lot of pros working for Premier, Inc. Lots of room to grow and learn from great leaders. Benefits are decent and the pay is average.

      A con to working at Premier is the downsizing that happens very rarely. Though it is common in most companies it happens.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
