Great people, nice location, and great work environment. The ability to help others outside the company through your day-to-day efforts.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations for the amount of work possible. The only solution for achieving success is working nights and weekends. God help you if you highlight the fact you are working more than 80 hours a week.
