      Pros

      Mission and vision are compelling

      Cons

      Wrong leaders in place for a company traded on NASDAQ. None have the type of technology leadership experience that you'd see with technology companies. Also, there are far too many sales and consulting staff and far too few people who really know how to execute. Culture an values nowhere near where it's been in the past, and it is getting worse.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
