Pros

Exposure to contracts which is shown to be a valuable resume builder. The pto time is insane. 13 holidays and also regular pto time. Management wants to be completely remote. Standard stock purchase plan. Basis is determined at purchase date at 2 intervals (June and December)

Cons

- over emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Not that there’s any issue with that but managers do NOT care. Therefore emails about it are sound like grandstanding. - Director level management intimidates staff, senior staff, and managers. There’s no space to develop and grow, ideas are trampled on or worse stolen from managers. Data silos are rampant and makes culture non-existent. - parents are given a lot of flexibility but it’s sometimes at the expense of others. - Annual raise does not keep up with inflation.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
