Pros

They do offer nice perks like on-site fitness options, on-site lunch vendors and modern common areas for work collaboration.

Cons

Unrealistic workload expectations and excessive, unnecessary meetings. Almost all employees take their work laptops home and continue to work nights and weekends just to keep their heads above water. They talk up the importance of work/life balance but do not care about employees. They reward the very youngest, most popular and socially outgoing. Not interested in who does the best job.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
