Pros
The health benefits and PTO were good. Work from home is a HUGE benefit if you can get them to let you (they change stance on this a lot). I met some really nice people working here.
Cons
The company is extremely siloed and it's hard to understand what is happening sometimes, different departments/people will give you different answers. Unfortunately I found this job extremely frustrating because they don't hire the right people for roles and specifically in Marketing I think some were in over their heads and didn't have adequate support. Also there is no cohesive strategy -- it's every man for themselves! After 2 years I could no longer handle pushing out less than top quality, well thought-out campaigns/materials because someone "told us we had to", even if it went against best practice or best judgement. I also felt I was underpaid (and often underappreciated). When I left for a new role I got a 12% pay increase.
