      Pros

      Decent time off (PTO and sick) Salary appears to be on par with others in the area

      Cons

      No investment in employees - most seem to be being replaced with on-and-off shore contractors Promotions almost non-existent Very little ability to change jobs or roles within the company No education budget outside of a degree-program (which in software isn't useful)

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
