      Work life balance is great, and they actually care for their employees. Freedom to choose your own path and career plan.

      Cons

      Since going public, there has been more of an emphasis on sales and financials. May have started to lose track of the mission: improving the healthcare of communities

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
