      Pros

      I love interning with Premier and definitely want to pursue a job when I graduate. Everyone is so nice and helpful and you get realistic projects for what you would be doing full time

      Cons

      The pay is lower than other internships I was offered and they don't have a housing stipend. You also don't get paid for holidays as an intern.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
