      Pros

      Good company goals and mission. Environmentally conscious company.

      Cons

      Lack of work/life balance. Difficulty to take vacation and you lose vacation accrual. Senior management doesn't understand what workers do on a daily basis. Not enough pay for amount of hours worked.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
