Premier recently began offering 4 paid weeks of parental leave for FMLA eligible employees, matches first 2.5% of 401(k) contributions, will match charitable donations, offers training and career development opportunities and where I am, offers a great work/life balance.
Cons
There are some areas of the company that get worked harder than others, they definitely will not pay more than they have to to get you in the door and could offer better benefits considering they are a healthcare company.
