Pros
The mission to provide healthcare to everyone regardless of their income, insurance coverage or ability to pay is commendable. The physicians and nurses are incredibly dedicated and do their best to provide high quality healthcare to all of their patients.
Cons
Management is an autocracy, and differing opinions are seldom considered or heard. The senior management seems resistant to change. Communication between departments is minimal or happens behind the scenes rather than in the open. Salaries are not competitive even for a non profit.
