Continuing cost cutting measures and MGMT turnover. Regularly changing MGMT structure with no real relationships with employees. No loyalty and everyone is expendable. Treating customers very badly is the Italian way. Questionable methods of order fulfillment and shipping of product, invoicing irregularities in order to hit target numbers. Having to go to customers with hat in hand to apologize for over and delayed shipping. Poor communication from management is a constant. HR team = keystone cops Call Center morale is very low and always has been.
