      Product allowance, recognizable and strong brands, Summer Fridays, and passionate coworkers.

      Cons

      A week after presenting great F21 results through the trying times of COVID, a reorg was announced where many people will lose their job. This is after morale was already low and the company just went on a hiring spree, which makes no sense. It's either incompetence or moving out the old guard so they can get newer, cheaper employees. Classless. Even the people that retain their jobs won't be happy.
