Liberal leaning CEO that shoves her politics down your throat Zero accountability culture "Yes man" culture - if you kiss ash and yes the EVP to death you can do zero work accomplish zero goals and all is just fine oh yes and be promoted with zero credentials or accomplishments Age Discrimination is alive and well here - if you are over 45 your position will certainly be eliminated unless you are and EVP or CODI Bringing executives from other countries is the death of PRUSA and these brands, they are unqualified to work in the US Market and the three tier system then they bring in all their cronies who are also equally unqualified and the mess they create is unfixable! Zero leadership is a horrible culture to work in, all problems are ignored and you are the problem for bringing them to the forefront instead of being a YES MAN This used to be a culture of entrepreneurial spirit now it is a culture of do as I say or say nothing or you will be pushed out.
