Pros
Salary, benefits, and other perks are on par with the industry. Most colleagues are knowledgeable and very good at what they do, but often get stuck in the mindset of TTWWADI (That's the way we've always done it) even though the company preaches innovation. Great parties, incentive trips, and training opportunities.
Cons
Frequent restructuring and "realigning" causes the company to lose top talent. Processes and approvals for just about anything are full of red tape and seemingly endless amounts of middle management decision makers. Key areas such as marketing and sales are handsomely rewarded while other areas of the company get left on the back burner. Opportunities for advancement are quite limited and are often a reason people leave (if they aren't let go beforehand). Work-life balance doesn't exist and if you want to keep your job you're expected to work as long as they want you to. I'm passively looking for a new job because this company has been on the decline for a while.
