Business Outlook
Pros
CEO is very sharp and wants to push an agile, test and learn mentality throughout the organization. One should never be board given the range of products and challenging industry business model - e.g. prohibition laws still in place.
Cons
Too much interference from stakeholders outside of the US who don't have any knowledge of the US market - e.g. less cooks needed in the kitchen. New "management consultant" type culture is interfering with the CEO's vision of rapid experimentation to test and learn things quickly.
