Cons
Most disgusting re-organization in Data Organization, which in turn impacting all the business functions. Nothing can be done with these people who sit in Ivory towers, and looking down upon all the business people who come to them for help. There's no ownership and one has to beg the Tech for support, instead of the other way around. Tech in general has gone from okay to worse . Decentralization is a problem itself but with the reorganization, one can get nothing done with this new setup, by stripping away all the capabilities and access by non-Tech / non-Data person. Other Cons: - Low Pay - No work life balance - Fragmented system & data landscape - Super political organization - Brainless reorganization
