      Wages are good for area

      Cons

      poor management, treats everyone like they are expendable, forced overtime on days off, no room to move up unless you are "in" with upper management, micromanagement is horrible, worst place i have ever worked

      Hours may be a little more than some are used to, coal mines aren't for everyone, sometimes you may have to "figure it out"
