      Pros

      Good employee support. Management for the most part is fair and helpful. This company promotes advancement and In most cases helps you to succeed. Their benefit package is great. Safety is # 1 with them. All in all I loved working form this company.

      Cons

      Most positions are shift work, meaning you work rotating nights then days. The work days are 13 hours.

      Great people who want to see you succeed, variety of tasks, opportunity to develop career.

      Hours may be a little more than some are used to, coal mines aren't for everyone, sometimes you may have to "figure it out"
