-Excessive management and employee turnover -Low Salaries -No career growth or opportunities for advancement. -If you dont play politics , you will not have a good performance review. People got fired easily by this. -Outdated technology, no business documentation, a lot of bugs, with no time allocated for fixes. As a result, poor decisions are made, leading to constant firefighting. -Everything is deemed "urgent." -Most of the working day is spent in meetings, leaving little time for actual work. -Don’t be surprised if you encounter yelling from your manager. You also CANNOT trust HR—they will use your negative experiences against you and ultimately try to blame you.

Cons
