      Paying better than average on same position Generous financial benefits that are rare these days like study fund on 100% of salary, yearly bonus,

      Cons

      Company w/o strategy Corporate politics in their worst Disfunctioning HR - 0 protection to an employee whose department decided to bully them out of influence. Your manager will praise you for a year and then give bad review and so on Tons of Sr. VPs , CXOs leaving the company Duplicity of functions, so there is always someone doing your job, and nobody supports you when you want to take over that.....systems are all outdated

      Competitive salary, kind and supportive colleagues, and a pleasant office culture.

      Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
