No leadership, dictative leaders. Don’t appreciate work performance because they only value your relationship with them. Inhumane - ask you to get back to office under typhoon No 10 WITHOUT compensation leave as commented as “it is obligatory”. You have to report when you are on break while if you are late for few minutes, you’ll get little talk. Zero tolerance for opinion or suggestion even they are everyone’s concern. Everything needs to be approved by different people - waste of time. Poor English of team leaders, rubbish and unprofessional training/ team meeting. Favouritism - especially good looking males. To conclude, most of the time is wasted here to do so many meaningless monitoring/ regulation. Insane expectation with short handed. DO NOT RECOMMEND! FLEE!
