Decent job, but politics were anoying - Customer Experience Guide Patagonia Employee Review

Job was kind of boring, mostly just folding clothes and cleaning stuff. There were a couple employees who would take offense to a lot of stuff, even if it wasn't directed at them at all. There was too much sensitivity so that we couldn't have a genuine open discussion about some topics.
