      Excellent benefits Good start for those who wants to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry

      Low salary High employee turnover rate Management promises unrealistic timelines to the clients Overwhelming workload which greatly affects the quality of work. Management is aware of this but their only concern is numbers Promotions are based on "favoritism" and not performance. The same applies to salary increase

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
