Pros

autonomy line managers are respectful and helpful

Cons

projects are not resourced appropriately. Not given the time to do your job well. No time to do the necessary trainings No time to think often, just putting out fires. Never enough CRAs or leads Unrealistic expectations. PMs want what they want. They do not care if you are doing the job of 2 or 3 people. They will complain about you specifically even when they know you are working 50-60 hours a week and still cant get the job done. Too much pressure if you are the type that can't leave an assignment undone, like me.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
