Pros
All the department seems ok to work apart from NOC Team
Cons
1. LOTS of politics is played by supervisor and NOC lead as he has strong hold over higher management. 2.No job security in NOC due to aforesaid reason. 3.No learning as this NOC is not belong to level 1 also. 4. No job satisfaction as they are there to take credit of everything and put blame on innocent team memeber if any operational miss happens. 5.you are not allowed to grow as it might prove a threat to monopoly set up by them and their flatters. 6. you will have to get used to harsh behaviour from supervisors as they are coming to office in highly imbibing liquor condition. (mostly in night shift when HR are not in office and HR still needs proof of this activity..Irony at its best !!!)
