Facing budget cuts, looking to save a buck, no merit increases. Cost of benefits are much higher this year. Discriminatory, parexel cut all GLP1 coverage for anything except diabetes. In the townhall we were told by the executive team “there’s coupons and compounds out there to make it less expensive for you now so you shouldn’t need our coverage”. Inexperienced managers. NO work life balance, very short staffed. No managerial support.
