Pros

- 5/7 DOS requirement is fairly low and easily achievable - LM was very supportive and helpful - Study teams all had a good, collaborative culture in my experience

Cons

- Merit bonus is based on site issue closure and TMF documents, which are often not in the control of the CRA, so not actually achievable even when other metrics are being met - Upper management has been cutting back on long-time benefits (education, office supplies reimbursements, employee recognition system, etc.) - CRAs are usually split between 3-5 protocols, resulting in a ballooning number of sites and adding to CRA burnout

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
