-Discretionary PTO
-Great manager
-IMVs are encouraged to be remote so not much travel compared to other models.
Cons
I work within an FSP and there have been 3 different model changes within the first year I worked there. It made it extremely difficult to understand processes, SOPs, responsibilities, etc.

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
