Pros

Convenient location, decent pay, good physical working environment. Can be good work-life balance depending on your project/management/department. Depending on your goals, it can be a great place to coast.

Cons

Beware: they do screen monitoring of every single employee despite what they say in their handbook (with playback feature, of course). Dishonest. Parexel is a package-company: they purchase a lot of software packages; no problem with that, in my view, but if you're hired because you're an excellent Java developer, you should be informed you won't do any Java work at all, but Rather Pega or Informatica or whatever. Very dishonest.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
