Pros

My colleagues at the same level were great to work with. They were collaborative and supportive, which made day-to-day interactions positive.

Cons

During my time at the company, I felt that the new leadership was out of touch with day-to-day realities. Workloads became unbearably high, without adequate support or prioritization, the risk of burnout across the team was significant. Work-life balance was not treated as a top priority, and the heavy workload often contradicted the corporate dialogue of putting patients first and achieving quality work. These challenges made it difficult to maintain morale and deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes

Pros

full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

Cons

lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
