Always allowed time off when requested, great management, fun corporate culture that emphasizes work-life balance. Free food, free toys! Employee discount = you only have to pay $4 for Paramount/Dreamworks DVD's and $10 for Blu-ray. The best Christmas parties!
Cons
Managers can be arrogant sometimes. Pay is not as great comparable to other studios in the entertainment industry. Not too satisfied with prospects for career growth.
